Powder Brows Prague — Ombre Eyebrows by AR aesthetics
Twenty minutes at the mirror every morning. Eyebrows that smudge in the rain, at the gym, on holiday. And in the evening, removing it all over again.
Powder Brows create the effect of professionally applied eyebrow makeup that lasts 1.5 to 2.5 years. A soft, shaded texture without harsh contours — like flawless makeup you never have to remove.
Specialist Alesia Rybak has specialised in eyebrow micropigmentation for more than 13 years. AR aesthetics is an accredited academy (MEYS, Ministry of Health, EUROPASS) with a 4.7/5 rating on Google (160+ reviews) and 4.9/5 on Altegio (485+ reviews).
Who are powder brows suitable for?
Powder brow micropigmentation in Prague — a solution for those who want to look flawless every day:
- Tired of daily makeup — you want to wake up with perfect eyebrows without pencils, gels, and 20 minutes at the mirror
- Sparse or thin eyebrows — the powder effect adds density and volume that natural hairs lack
- Eyebrow asymmetry — visual correction of shape and symmetry using soft shading
- Age-related changes — restoring volume and definition as eyebrows thin with age
- Active lifestyle — athletes, travellers, mothers — eyebrows that hold up in any situation
- Correction after unsuccessful PMU — cover-up of previous work by other specialists using powder technique
What are powder brows and how do they differ from other techniques?
Powder Brows is a permanent makeup technique in which a special pigment is applied into the upper layers of the skin (depth 0.3–0.5 mm) using a fine dotting method. The result is the effect of professionally applied eyebrow makeup — a soft powdery shadow without harsh contours or an unnatural look.
The pigment gradually fades naturally without changing colour to unwanted shades. The effect lasts 1.5 to 2.5 years depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
The procedure is comfortable thanks to local anaesthesia. Sensitivity varies individually.

How to prepare for the procedure
Before the powder brows procedure, ideally one month beforehand, we recommend not plucking, trimming or shaving your eyebrows. The specialist needs to see the natural growth line, density and colour of the hairs. If you have a specific idea of how your eyebrows should look, it is better to come to the procedure wearing your everyday eyebrow and eye makeup.
- 10 days before the procedure, stop taking blood-thinning medications (aspirin, etc.) and vasoconstrictors.
- Do not take antibiotics two weeks before or after the procedure.
- 10 days before the procedure, avoid sunbeds and sunbathing.
- 24 hours before, do not consume alcohol, coffee or energy drinks.
- Do not smoke for at least 2 hours before the procedure.

Aftercare
The quality of the result depends 50% on proper aftercare. Complete skin regeneration takes 30 days. Please note that we do not recommend scheduling important events within 10 days of the procedure — the use of decorative cosmetics on the eyebrows is prohibited during this time.
- On the day of the procedure, wipe the micropigmentation area with a cotton pad soaked in Corsodyl solution.
- Until scabs have fallen off, avoid swimming pools, saunas and steam rooms. Do not wet the treatment area.
- Do not touch, rub, scratch or pick at the scabs.
- If the scabs feel tight, apply the product recommended by your specialist.
- Do not apply creams or decorative cosmetics to the treatment area until healed.
- For three weeks, do not expose the area to sunlight. Use SPF 30 sunscreen.
For a lasting result, a touch-up is required 1–3 months after the first visit.
